To capture a log file:

  1. Connect to the Junxion Box via a crossover Ethernet cable.

  2. With your browser, go to: http://192.168.2.1/admin/debug or http://[your LAN IP address]/admin/debug

  3. Click on the 'Generate Debug' button and save the file to your computer.

This file can be then be attached to the support ticket you create at www.junxion.com/support or included in any email correspondence with Junxion.
